Japan Day: Ultas Meets Plano

DFW is hosting nine World Cup matches this summer, and it starts here. Join us the night before the first match, Japan vs Netherlands, for a high-energy kickoff in Downtown Plano. In partnership with Ultras Nippon, this event brings together soccer fans, music, and culture for one night. Enjoy live music and a full cultural exchange experience, featuring special performances by Japanese entertainers and DJs.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
You’ll also see a supporter cheer exchange between Japan National Team fans, Ultra Nippon, and FC Dallas supporters, the Dallas Beer Guardians.
A live talk session with soccer figures is planned. Speaker details will be announced soon.
Food, drinks, and a full bar will be available onsite.
Easy access via DART Red Line and Silver Line.
This is not a game broadcast. It’s a live, in-person celebration of soccer culture and a connection between Plano and Japan.
Open to everyone.
