Lights Out Texas! Film Event

Join Cedar Hill Parks & Recreation, Traphene Hickman Library and Texas Conservation Alliance as we explore ways to make the night sky safer for migratory birds. Lights Out Texas film, food trucks, guided tours of the library and Signature Park and free raffles are included in this event. A Q & A will proceed the film.
